LS Mtron, Delivery relief items and raise funds for Türkiye and Syria

- Express deep condolences to the people of Türkiye and Syria who lost their families and livelihoods due to the sudden disaster.

- The LS Group also announced that it would support 300,000 dollars for damage recovery.

Recently, LS Mtron Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as LS Mtron) delivered relief goods to victims of the earthquake in Türkiye and Syria. 

Turkiye, The Syrian earthquake was a disaster that struck the vicinity of Gaziantep in southeastern Türkiye on February 6, 2023. After the first earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8, several aftershocks occurred. The earthquake devastated both southeastern Türkiye and northern Syrian border areas. 

Rescue operations and relief supplies around the world, and relief fundraising continued. Accordingly, LS Mtron also Türkiye, Received aid items to be sent to Syria directly from the embassy and forwarded to the side. 

Winter clothes, sleeping bags, blankets, and relief items, including sanitary products, will be delivered along with deep condolences to the people of Türkiye and Syria who have lost their families and livelihoods due to sudden disasters. 

On the other hand, the LS Group announced that it would donate a total of $300,000 and in-kind to help restore earthquake damage in Türkiye and Syria.

$200,000 in relief money was donated to the Community Chest of Ko. Donationsons were delivered by LS Mtron, LS Cable, LS Electric, LS MnM, E1, and Yesco Holdi, majorjor subsidiaries of LS groups. For the remaining $100,000, LS Electric plans to support supplies needed at the disaster site through the Turkish Embassy in Korea.
