LS Mtron @ PlastEurasia 2019, Introducing an "WIZ-E" with Excellent Performance!

The PlastEurasia 2019 (the 29th Istanbul International Plastic Industry Exhibition), which was held at the Tüyap İstanbul Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey, from December 4 to 7, drawn the attention.
At this exhibition, LS Mtron introduced the excellence of its products by using 2 machines of WIZ-E (electronic) 400 tons (applied In-Mold Labeling System) with a local agent(ELVER DIS TICARET LTD STI).

LS Mtron introduced 2 machines of WIZ-E 400 tons at the PlastEurasia 2019, held at the Tüyap İstanbul Fair and Congress Center from 4th to 7th, December, through ELVER the Turkish agent.
"WIZ-E Series", exhibited as this time, is the first electric injection molder released by LS Mtron through 48-years of research and development, especially, based on the accumulated molding experience, received an ultra-excellent comments, which is the product that combines the advantages of 5-point toggle clamping system and high-speed injection molding mechanism, designed by servo motor control technology, injection speed and pressure control algorithm, safety standard compliance and FEA analysis.

A LS Mtron authority who was participated in the exhibition commented, "The injection of Yogurt case body and Yogurt case lid were demonstrated with In-Mold Labeling (IML) system that was applied to WIZ-E 400 tons, which continued to a favorable comment from the attendee." and "There were many inquiries for counseling of orders, as well as very high responses at the exhibition site."

PlastEurasia 2019 (the 29th Istanbul International Plastic Industry Exhibition), held at the Tüyap Istanbul Fair and Congress Center located in Istanbul, Turkey, is evaluated as the largest plastic industry fair in Europe, is held annually by Tüyap in cooperated with PAGEV (Turkey Plastic Industry Foundation).
The motto is to showcase all processes in the plastic industry, to improve human life and protect natural resources, and to preserve the environment for future generations. Meanwhile, the Turkish Plastic Industry Association announced that plastic processing machinery market of Turkey was $940 million a year in 2018, but it is expected to decrease as about $600 million in 2019 due to the aftermath of the sluggish economy.
And also said that due to the demand for plastics in manufacturing, such as automobiles and white appliances, and construction industries, plastic with the level of about $34 billion (2018) was under production in Turkey, the demand for plastic processing machines continues to raise, and the market for plastic processing machines has been temporarily depressed due to the economic recession, but the plastic processing machine market is also expected to enter into the recovery in 2020 when the economic recovery is regularized.
In regards of these, a LS Mtron authority emphasized, "The annual market of plastic processing machines in Turkey is expected to decrease as about $600 million in 2019 due to the aftermath of sluggish economy, but the market recovery is expected in 2020 together with the economic recovery. Accordingly, the company is aiming at a niche market in Turkey and has the plan to spread a global marketing more aggressively."
