This allows for the mounting of heavier molds compared to similar models, accommodating a wide range of injection molding processes.

Cycle Time Reduction

High pressure, high speed of the hydraulic system, and the use of compact mold opening/closing transfer cylinders, along with a frictionless high-speed mechanism in the movable platen tie-bar bushings, have reduced cycle time.

Half-Nut Structure Improvement

The improved structure of the half-nut reduces fastening time by 30%, with simultaneous upper and lower movement improvements, U-shaped screw shape improvement, screw strength reinforcement, and reduced half-nut jamming errors, achieving high productivity.

Tie-Bar Pulling System (Option)

The tie-bar pulling system, available as an option, allows for one-touch automatic tie-bar separation, eliminating the need for disassembly and assembly. It facilitates mold mounting in factories with low ceilings and is adaptable in various environments.

Easy Modulation Response

When replacing Y, A, B screws, adaptation is possible with just a barrel assy replacement and nozzle cylinder adjustment, without any other changes. Additionally, applying an injection unit one step smaller can be done without moving or replacing the frame, simply by changing the injection unit.

Multi-Coupling System (Option)

Multi-coupling system refers to a solution that allows all fluid (hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling water, etc.) and electrical lines to be connected in a single operation, maximizing process efficiency and ensuring stability. Custom orders are available.

Improved Purity of the Hydraulic Oil and Leakage Minimization

By eliminating 100% of the welding pipes, leakages are prevented, and the use of galvanized pipes prevents the formation of welding slugs, thereby improving cleanliness.
