When replacing Y, A, B screws, adaptation is possible with just a barrel assy replacement and nozzle cylinder adjustment, without any other changes. Additionally, applying an injection unit one step smaller can be done without moving or replacing the frame, simply by changing the injection unit.
Multi-Coupling System (Option)
Multi-coupling system refers to a solution that allows all fluid (hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling water, etc.) and electrical lines to be connected in a single operation, maximizing process efficiency and ensuring stability. Custom orders are available.
Improved Purity of the Hydraulic Oil and Leakage Minimization
By eliminating 100% of the welding pipes, leakages are prevented, and the use of galvanized pipes prevents the formation of welding slugs, thereby improving cleanliness.
