With pallet-specific high plasticizing screws, a servo pump system, and dedicated core pumps,
we establish an optimal production environment specifically designed for pallet manufacturing.
Pallet-Specific High Plasticizing Screw
The application of a pallet-specific high plasticizing screw improves plasticizing capabilities compared to standard screws, also reducing the replacement frequency of the screw due to performance improvements.
Dedicated Chiller Installation
Shortens plasticizing time through a metering servo motor and provides a dedicated chiller to improve cooling time, playing a key role in productivity enhancement.
Enhanced Core Speed
Increases core pipe size and drives the cores of the stationary and movable platens with individual pumps, enhancing the forward and backward speeds of the core to reduce time.
