LS Mtron Injection Molding Machines Names Plastic Equipment Technologies as Sales Representative for Texas

LS Mtron Injection Molding Machines has named Plastic Equipment Technologies as its new sales representative for Texas, and surrounding states. Plastics industry veteran Josh Montoya is President of Plastic Equipment Technologies.

Effective immediately, Plastics Equipment Technologies will represent LS Mtron in Texas, and the states of New Mexico, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

“We are thrilled to have Josh Montoya representing LS Mtron in Texas,” said Paul Caprio, President-Sales of LS Mtron Injection Molding Machines USA.  “Josh is a true professional with many years of experience in our industry, and that experience will be of great value to our customers in this part of the country.”

Josh Montoya started his plastics career in 1992 in El Paso, Texas as a line set-up team member for Hasbro Tonka Toys. While working nights Josh earned an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology from El Paso Community College (EPCC). He then went on to work with leading plastics industry companies including DJ Plastics and Milacron, in roles including field service, maintenance manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Sales Engineer.  

"All these different roles have trained me and allowed me to learn different applications, and work with different organizations, in different environments,” he said.  “Most importantly, my experience has provided me with the ability to understand people, learn from them, and use this knowledge to provide solutions while focusing on world class customer service techniques.”
