Training held at LS Mtron Jeonju Factory and Technical Academy from November 27 to November 30, 2018

LS Mtron’s Injection Molding Machine Division invited 22 overseas service agents from 10 countries including Indonesia, Egypt, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, Poland, China and Brazil to Korea between November 27(Tue) and 30(Fri), in order to conduct technical training for overseas injection agents at Jeonju Factory and Jeonju Technical Academy for 4 days 3 nights.

This technical training for overseas service agents was conducted for △ The ONE model lineup and strengthening overseas customer service through the technical training about WIZ-X PLUS and WIZ-EW model, △ Cost saving by reducing the support for a business trip to head office due to simple repair, and △ Service skill enhancement by improving agent service capability.

This technical training included · Operation training of THE ONE and WIZ-EW model · Servo motor/drive troubleshooting and replacement set up, and commissioning operation (HIGEN, INOVANCE) · Troubleshooting by model (utilizing injection molding machines and simulators in Technical Education Academy) · Training on plasticization and strengthening responsiveness in the event of molding problems.

Q: Is this your first training at LS Mtron?

A: This is my third visit to have training.

Q: What training did you receive this time?

A: This training is about molding troubleshooting, and molding improvement through bad cases. 

Q: What about the content of the training?

A: When I visited Korea for the first time, I received technical training with a factory tour. And from the second and third times, I have been receiving technical training through practice and case analysis.

Q: Is there any other training or other things you want besides this training schedule?

A: I would like to have more detailed bad case training. And if there is a manual on bad cases, or an English training booklet, it will be more helpful.
