LS Mtron"s 24-hour digital showroom, which will open to customers on September 1(Wednesday) at the beginning of autumn when the heat isn’t gone yet, will introduce 6 models of the ONE*, WIZ-E, WIZ-VR, WIZ Plus, WIZ-T Plus, and the ONE*-E.

- the ONE*:

LS Mtron"s premium injection molding machine, the ONE* series, is a core manufacturing facility used for producing plastic parts used in many industry sectors, and it is composed of 500~3300 tons based on clamping force.

It can manufacture 1-40kg parts, and its major markets are mid and large-sized automobiles, packaging and home appliances. Compared to the conventional two-platen complex injection molding machine, it is equipped with relatively large and heavy molds with high productivity (the world"s best dry cycle) and position reproducibility equivalent to that of leading companies. It also has the CSI(Connected and Smart Injection) function of flexibly responding to the implementation of a customer"s smart injection plant.

- WIZ-E:

LS Mtron"s WIZ-E series, equipped with a wide range of electric injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 850 ton clamping force, can produce the best results in any working conditions. In particular, the WIZ-E series, which is famous for its low noise and clean molding, realizes a pleasant working environment and a great energy saving effect.

In addition, it significantly improves molding reproducibility through the design and micro control according to safety standards, featuring precise injection through injection 2-motor/2-axis synchronous control. This is a smart injection molding machine in which the size of the platen has been increased by 7~17% compared to the conventional machine, the mold opening has been extended by 3~20%, and the injection volume has been increased by 13~27%.

- WIZ Plus: 

WIZ Plus series, an energy-saving two platen mid and large-sized hydraulic injection molding machine, is composed of a mid-sized series of 450~1,050 ton and a large-sized series of 1,400~3,200 ton.

With strong durability, the WIZ Plus series can extend the service life of the machine, enable stable injection molding, reduce energy by about 50 to 60%, improve cycle time, and have excellent plasticizing performance. In addition, it improves user convenience by reducing coolant 30% and creating a pleasant working environment with low noise.

- WIZ-VR:

WIZ-VR, a low-bed vertical injection molding machine used for producing the insert molded parts for special products, presents a slogan of "Energy Saving Hybrid Vertical IMM". Optimized for multi-cavity insert molding, it is considered as a low-bed vertical injection molding machine to produce the insert molded parts for special products

With the machine structure optimized for meeting the requirements of different molding fields, it has various advantages, such as high-sensitivity mold protection, cycle reduction through high-speed pressurization, and improved work safety by separating the molding position and the ejection position.

WIZ-T Plus, a small-sized hybrid injection molding machine, can improve productivity by shortening cycle time and produce high-quality products due to its excellent precision. In addition, it is evaluated as a product with low leakage and noise and easy modulation.

■ LS Mtron’s new electric product ‘the ONE*-E’, realizing 1.49 cycle time

LS Mtron"s new electric molding machine "the ONE*-E" series, which will be unveiled for the first time online in a digital showroom, will attract a lot of attention from the relevant industry.

‘The ONE*-E’, which shortens the dry cycle time from 2.3 seconds to 1.49 seconds based on the 170-ton clamping force through the optimized toggle link design, is expected to maximize productivity while satisfying customers.

Moreover, the CI curve control improves the reproducibility and the accelerating performance of thin-wall molded products by reducing not only the vibration(shock) of machines, but also the acceleration time of thin-wall molding by 74%, from 20ms to 78ms.

Featuring low-inertia servo motor, digital load cell, and LM guide for the injection driving part, this product minimizes platen deformation during pressurization with the Dual Center Press Die structure, while increasing the distribution of mold surface pressure by about 15%.

Besides, it basically has a full touch screen of 18.5” standard / 21.5” option, shortens the time of complex processes and improves product reproducibility. It also improves consumer convenience by applying a user-friendly interface configuration and a multi-touch function so that even beginners can use it easily.
