• ◦ High-Speed Thin-Wall Packaging Cell (LSG 170E): A 170-ton all-electric injection molding machine equipped with a clean stainless steel (STS) barrel and a 150 mm/s high-speed injection mechanism, running automated production of eco-friendly reusable cutlery sets in partnership with Avient functional resins, Sepro 5-axis servo robots, and Piovan material handling systems. 

• ◦ Optical-Grade Precision Molding Cell (LSG 380H): A 380-ton servo-hydraulic hybrid machine featuring T-slot platens for Quick Mold Change (QMC) and a specialized, wear-resistant ‘Pulsar’ mixing screw, delivering flawless molding of premium transparent wine glasses using Eastman Tritan™ copolyester. 

A key highlight of the booth will be the live demonstration of ‘Molding 5.0’, LS Mtron’s next-generation autonomous molding solution that continuously senses variations in resin viscosity and ambient conditions to self-optimize process parameters in real time.

Furthermore, backed by its Mexico Tech Center in Monterrey (Apodaca)—equipped with 3 injection molding machines and 3 permanent demo lines—LS Mtron provides comprehensive pre-production mold trials (Proof of Concept, PoC) and dedicated local engineering support, delivering on its brand commitment as a ‘Trusted Lifetime Partner’.
