LS Mtron LTD(hereinafter referred to as LS Mtron) will present ‘the ONE*-E’-120E(in US Ton Measures, 110 in Metric) in Hirate America’s booth(3911) at the Plastec West 2022 that will be held in Anaheim Convention Center between Tuesday, April 12-Thursday, April 14, 2022 to the attendees. 

Since its inception in 1983, Plastec West, as the only plastic management event in the U.S. West Coast has grown to be a comprehensive event that showcases a wide range of machinery, rubber, plastic corporations and products.

■ The Largest Annual Plastics Event in North America, ‘Plastec West 2022’

‘the ONE*-E’ by LS MTron, which has an impressively optimized toggle system with 1.49 seconds of dry cycle time, will be showcased at Plastec West 2022, a renowned annual plastics event in North America that began in 1983. 

Ever since its inception, the event has been a place to showcase various corporations and products in machinery, rubber, and plastic industries, and will be held in Anaheim Convention Center between Tuesday, April 12-Thursday, April 14, 2022. 

In the previous year’s exposition, 1400 corporations from 70 different countries participated, and the event accommodated approximately 13,000 attendees. LS Mtron’s new product ‘the ONE*-E’ will make its American debut at Plastec West 2022. It will be participating with LS Mtron’s West Coast agent ESM(E-Solution), which performed well in the previous year and is projected to earn positive feedback from electric product consumers.  

Coalesced with critical strengths ‘ultrahigh’ ‘ultraprecise’ and ‘high cycle’, ‘the ONE*-E is forecasted to stir up a storm to the West Coast market that is currently formed by Japanese electric products. 

the ONE*-E will be injection molding in-flight wine cups as prototypes to the attendees, showcasing its optimized, high-speed toggle system that attains 1.49 seconds dry cycle time based on 170E, which has been acknowledged for its technical skills domestically. 

High Cycle ensures high-precision production, and has a notable characteristic that it has a 30% improvement in link speed ratio through an optimized fast toggle system. Through CI-Curve control, it operates with low vibration that minimizes deformation and deviation, which improves ONE*-E’s accelerating ability. It is equipped with adaptable screws with increased RPM and improved plasticity, and a tie-bar sensor allows clamp force monitoring function, automatic clamping force calibration function, and automatic zero adjustment mode function for spring mold.    

Beyond this, the Dual Center Press Die structure minimizes any deformation of the die plates, and improves evenly distributing the surface pressure (15% for stationary plates), and extends the durability of the mold.
