LS Mtron ‘The ONE*-E’, which realizes 1.49 sec dry-cycle time through the optimized toggle link design, have been favorably received in the injection molding industry.
The ONE*-E, which can respond to high cycles and more precise molding, features a 30% faster link speed ratio through the optimized toggle mechanism. Realizing 1.49 sec dry-cycle time based on the 170-ton clamping force, it has brought a new sensation to the industry.
Cycle Time Reduction
By operating at a low level of vibration through C-Curve control, the ONE*-E reduces shock and enhances the acceleration performance further. In addition, the ONE*-E not only provides the fast mold opening and closing actions by mounting the high-speed B/S, but also performs several functions such as clamping force monitoring through a tie bar sensor (OPT), automatic calibration of clamping force, automatic zero-point adjustment mode for a spring mold, and optimized control of clamping force.
Besides, the Dual Center Press Die structure enables not only to minimize platen deformation during pressurization, but also to enhance the distribution of mold surface pressure (more than 15%, fixed plate) and extend the lifespan of a mold.

The one-piece casting structure with high rigidity that was applied to the ONE*-E provides the durability enhancement and precise injection control, thereby reducing the injection acceleration time for thin wall molding by 74%, from 78ms to 20ms, and the rotator inertia by 74% through a low inertia design. Due to these features, this product is receiving much attention from the relevant industries.
In addition, its outstanding advantages include increased encoder resolution of servo motor, enhanced response performance to the drive control frequency by 3.7 times, shortened cycle of Ethernet communication by 2 times, and reduced control speed for high-speed injection.
Control Speed Reduction (Compared to other company)
he specifications of the ONE*-E have been upgraded in order to improve the performance and convenience for users: HMI was mainly applied to the existing single-core CPU, and the next-generation dual-core CPU was replaced, and the architecture was separated into main and HMI CPUs, thereby improving CPU load and adding various modes.
The new modes added include clamping force optimization mode, clamping high-speed low-vibration profile mode, high-speed injection mode, holding pressure pattern selection mode, and residual pressure elimination mode in case of charging completion. In addition, this product improves user convenience significantly through additional functions such as PDF viewer, graphic mode configuration function, maintenance notification function, and power monitoring function.
