Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by LS Mtron in managing visit reservations, schedule coordination, and related customer relations. Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
• [Optional] Marketing Communications: To send marketing communications, including new product updates and promotional events, by email and/or SMS, depending on the specific consent you have provided.

• Consequences of Non-provision: Provision of mandatory personal data is necessary to process your Tech Center visit reservation. If you do not provide mandatory information, LS Mtron may not be able to process or confirm your reservation. LS Mtron collects mandatory personal data only to the extent necessary for reservation management and schedule coordination.
• Optional Items: Job Title (used to better understand your business role and provide more relevant communication or support)

4. Data Access, Recipients, and Cross-Border Transfer (EU to South Korea)

• Data Access and Recipients: Your personal data may be accessed by authorized personnel of LS Mtron Ltd., LS Mtron Spain Branch, and service providers acting on behalf of LS Mtron, including website maintenance, IT service, email delivery, and SMS service providers (such as our Data Processor, Once Interactive, responsible for website maintenance and data processing on behalf of the Data Controller), where applicable.
• International Transfer: Your personal data will be transferred to, accessed from, and stored in South Korea. Such transfer is made in reliance on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the Republic of Korea under Article 45 GDPR. Where the adequacy decision does not apply or is no longer available, LS Mtron will rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, where applicable.

• Reservation-related personal data: Your personal data processed for reservation management will be retained for 1 year from the date of collection to handle the reservation and resolve any related inquiries, claims, or disputes. After this period, the data will be securely and permanently deleted unless further retention is required by applicable law.
• Marketing-related personal data: Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until you withdraw your consent or until it is no longer necessary for the marketing purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After withdrawal of consent, LS Mtron may retain limited information necessary to record your opt-out and prevent further marketing communications.

• Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing, where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
